Eufy Vacuum Shows Blue Light but Will Not Start and Then Shows to Be Charging Again

Tried all the suggestions with no luck. Finally snapped out the power switch unit with a small screwdriver. Tested to see if there was power. There was. Put a tiny bit of WD40 in the switch. I put a piece of clear tape over the switch now to try to avoid the problem recurring. We replaced the unit's battery a few months ago which it needed at that time. Our Eufy is 2 years old and has worked beautifully with a few glitches along the way. Advice from other users in this forum has helped us solve each problem that did come up. Having same issue. Blue light on when on charger but will not go from charger. Light off if take off charger. Think on/off switch. It is on!

Eufy beeps once with blue light on and won't leave dock

Just got my doff robovac...stopped working. I charged it.yellow breathing light came on for a minute or 2,then turned solid blue,but doesn't come on

Sadly I'm having the same problem. Everything is clean. Switch is on. The blue light says its ready to go, but it won't leave its home base.

Saw flashing orange like it was charging than blue but wouldn't leave base or turn on. So very grateful for the person who posted about the power switch on the bottom. In my case, that's all I had to do was turn it back on. Seems so obvious now. Some how it got bumped off.

Thank you so much for this forum. I replaced battery, which was probably due... But couldn't get Eufy too restart. It was the power switch. Comment by Lisa Vandewalle was the trick Thank You Lisa!

Hi there! I had the same problem, chated with eufy tech and for mine it was really simple. Apparently the power switch located under the eufy got switched to off (maybe while i was cleaning it ect) I flicked it back to "on" and its all good

LEAVES BASE WITH BLUE LIGHT RUNS FOR A SHORT PERIOD THEN LIGHT GOES RED WITH 4 BEEPS AND STOPS.....
